LIVE from Paul Mitchell's Annual Runway Event

Our annual runway event is currently underway in Las Vegas and as a new member of Paul Mitchell's web team, it is my first Gathering experience. I can say with gusto that The Gathering is one of the most spectacular events I have ever attended; it’s a fast-paced, beautiful event and the energy is contagious.

I spent yesterday backstage with our artists and models as they prepped for the show and rehearsed their acts. I browsed the racks full of avant-garde costumes, watched the artists bring the chosen hair and makeup looks to life on their models and left starry-eyed. I’d never seen such immense talent in one room!

And today, the show kicked off with a spectacular Grand Opening featuring our leaders, artists, educators, models, singers and Team Paul Mitchell athletes. The magic of the event is that all of these people work so flawlessly together to portray the amazing things Paul Mitchell stands for; there were new product announcements (which will be available to you soon!), stunning choreography and music performances, details about some of our newest philanthropic ventures, and of course, spectacular hairstyles. And best of all, our global Paul Mitchell family was there to experience it with us in person and via our LIVE stream.
