Great hair dryer if you are right handed
I love how this dryer dries my hair, however, if you are left handed the button placement is terrible. Your hand will turn down the heat while you are holding the hair dryer. There is no rubber stopper on both sides, so when you set it down as a lefty it slides since you are setting it down opposite of where the stopper is. Superb if you are a righty. Otherwise a different dryer would be better for you!

    Nice dryer
So far this is a pretty good hair dryer. Very stylish and quite light for the size. Dries hair well and love all the settings. But 1 problem I have is the cool shot button is right in the crux where I hold the dryer so I accidentally press it all the time. Also, I bought this hair dryer because it says it's s dual voltage and I hope to bring it with me to Ireland but I don't see where you can switch the voltage so I need to contact customer service to find out how I may do this.

    Great Product and Better Support
I bought this hairdryer for my wife. She has commented many times how much faster it dries her hair and how much healthier and shinier her hair has been since she started using it. Even I noticed (and that’s not...typical let’s say)!

Recently my wife dropped the dryer onto our tile floor and a piece broke off of the back. I contacted customer support to find where I could get a replacement piece. To my surprise they shipped a replacement piece to me free of charge with clear instructions how to replace the part. Over all my wife has been elated by the product and I have been with the customer service.

    Great so far!
I am a Paul Mitchell product user. I've only had this hair dryer for a short time, but my hair is drying so much faster and smoother than before! I hope I continue to be pleased with it!
